365 Days Change of Mind

Gearedbike respects your statutory rights, but in addition we offer an extended period of 365 days from purchase to change your mind and have a full refund or exchange. Please take care to return the product in the same condition it was delivered in including all tags and stickers remaining attached. The item must be in its original packaging and be unused. By all means try them on but please do not go out in them.

Your item must be returned with any free gifts in the original packaging; you should ensure the item is protected in shipping to avoid damage whilst in transit.

The product packing also needs protecting, so please ensure the helmet or boot box is also protected by an outer carton or bag/bubble wrapping. Remember to cover the original label that we used to ensure no mix-up with addresses.


Exchanging your Purchase

Its normally quicker to place a new order and let us refund this order when it is back, but to exchange your purchase please include clear instructions of what item, size and colour you want and always give us your original order number and contact details.


Remember: We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for used or damaged goods, this includes items damaged in transit, so please take care when returning your items! Orders returned without their original packaging or manufacturers tags attached will be subject to our discretion and may be subject to a stocking fee.


Faulty Products

If you find an item is delivered faulty or develops a fault we recommend you contact our support team via email to, or call us on 0118 3800747. If possible include a full description of the issue with pictures. Our staff are trained to assist you in a swift and friendly manner, we can try and resolve the issue remotely or arrange to collect/return the item with you should it be required.

In some instances it may be necessary to refer you to our supplier’s warranty department, in which case we will liase with them and you and make the process as efficient as possible.


Track your Item

When returning any item for repair/refund/exchange it is important that you use a tracked service to return the item. We cannot be held accountable for goods that have been lost in transit.
